1. Services

We offer website design, digital asset creation, and tech support. Each project is agreed upon in writing (email, form, or proposal) before work begins.

2. Payments

• All prices are listed in USD
• Payments are due before design begins unless otherwise stated
• Larger projects may be split into milestone payments
• We reserve the right to pause or cancel work if payment is not received

3. Turnaround Time

Project timelines depend on the package selected. Delays may occur if we're waiting on content, feedback, or approvals.

4. Revisions

We include a limited number of revisions per project. Additional edits may require an extra fee.

5. Ownership

Once full payment is received:

• You own your final website and content
• We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. Partial refunds may be discussed case-by-case if work hasn't started.

7. Legal Stuff

You agree not to use our work for illegal activities or copy/reproduce it without permission. We're not liable for third-party platform outages or changes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the latest version.
